Video Production
Associated Centers for Therapy, a nonprofit community mental health center in Tulsa, OK., seeks an intern to write, shoot and produce a 10-minute public service announcement about the agency for multi-media use. This announcement will run on the agency’s lobby television as well as on YouTube, Facebook and the ACT website.
       The candidate should have some experience in all aspects of video production including scripting, shooting and editing to the final broadcast-ready product and will need to provide or have access to all equipment needed for the project.

Director, Marketing - WNBA Tulsa (Tulsa, OK)
WNBA Tulsa is currently seeking an individual for the position of Director Marketing. Specific areas of focus include: advertising, market research and analytics, promotions, database and e-marketing as well as overall brand development, public relations, community relations, event presentation/operations, graphic design, video production and interactive marketing. This position is responsible for overseeing all marketing functions for the team. Primary objectives include: drive ticket sales, support sponsorship growth, expand marketing partnerships, develop and analyze research data, grow database contacts and lead generation initiatives, and develop local and regional fan development outreach initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise all areas of Marketing (marketing/promotions/advertising, event presentation/game operations, community relations, public relations, interactive/website development, creative services and broadcast) to maximize collaborative exposure and drive revenue
• Interface with all departments in leading the development, implementation and analysis of sales and marketing campaigns
• Develop and administer quality database-building strategies and programs which result in positive ROI and reduce direct selling costs
• Analyze organizational data and supplementary research to aid sales and marketing strategy development
• Develop and implement e-marketing/online/new media strategies
• Oversee development and production of marketing and sales collateral materials
• Contribute to the development and execution of corporate/marketing partner activation strategies, including retail promotions, product sampling, gift with purchase, sweepstakes, premium item distribution and cause marketing initiatives
• Work with broadcast partners on fully integrated promotions to build exposure, increase ratings and expand fan base
• Maximize relationships with various media outlets and promotional partners
• Serve as a company spokesperson as needed
• Prepare and manage operating budgets departments
• Development initiatives to support new revenue opportunities
• Serve on the executive leadership team responsible for long-range planning and delivering sustained revenue growth

Qualifications and Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of business experience with general marketing, retail marketing, promotions and sponsor relations/activation experience. Other specific skills necessary include:
• Strong leadership and management abilities in the area of sales and marketing
• Proven track record of success growing revenues and expanding audience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in managing and implementing research methodologies
• Database marketing and/or research experience (sports marketing experience preferred)
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize simultaneously
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Entrepreneurial spirit
